EFFECTIVE 4/7/2009 EQUITY CAPITAL FUNDING CORP. IS NO LONGER OPERATING AS A MORTGAGE BROKER OR LENDER.

We have made the very difficult decision to surrender our banking licenses and cease doing business.  The changes in the mortgage market over the last 18 months have made it next to impossible for us to remain profitable.  This was a difficult but necessary decision.

For those of you with loan modifications in process, we will continue to work your files to their resolution.  We are not accepting new clients.

We have enjoyed serving all of our clients over the years and we wish you all the best.
